I work with a small number of people each month on decisions that are hard to reverse — a business at a turning point, a role that no longer fits, a venture about to be named and launched.
The work is analysis. I map the structure — how you are wired to decide, which periods compound effort and which resist it — and you make the decision.
How an engagement runs
You write to me with the decision you are facing. I reply to every enquiry, including the ones I decline.
I prepare. Your structure, your timing, and the specific question you brought. This takes longer than the session itself, and it is the part you are actually paying for.
We meet privately — sixty or a hundred and twenty minutes, depending on the engagement.
Where the scope calls for it, you keep the analysis in writing. A conversation you have to remember is worth less than one you can return to when the pressure arrives, so I write it up whenever the work is dense enough to warrant it. Brand Architecture is always delivered in writing.
The engagements
Initial Clarity
For one decision, transition, or pressure point. We establish the shape of the problem, how you are built to approach it, and what the timing around it looks like.
Strategic Deep-Dive
For high-stakes decisions and recalibration. Everything above, extended across the year ahead — the periods that will carry effort, the ones that will resist it, and the constraints worth holding through both.
Brand Architecture
For a venture being named, renamed, or launched. Your candidate names examined against their numerical structure and against your own, the identity each one would commit the company to, and the timing of the launch. Delivered as a written analysis, then walked through together.
Private Ongoing
For sustained work across a year or more, where decisions arrive continuously and context compounds. Fees are discussed once we both know the work fits.
